C&M Machining was founded in 2005 by Cheryl K. Miller with a vision of becoming a premier CNC precision machine shop providing competitively priced precision machined components of the highest quality to the aerospace industry.

C&M is a 100% woman-owned full-service CNC precision machine shop with state-of-the-art CNC machining centers and lathes.

We have a 20,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility with 99% of our sales coming from the aerospace industry. From single-part prototypes to million-part orders, C&M prides itself in quality & on-time delivery.

We are an AS9100 certified manufacturing company specializing in interior & structural components/assemblies for the Aerospace, Defense & Outer Space industries. We are a fully-equipped machining facility comprised of machinists, tool-makers, programmers, inspectors & highly-skilled management personnel. We take pride in meeting your large-run production & prototyping needs & use the latest engineering software available in the industry. Project management is tracked from end to end with E2 Shoptech® ERP System allowing us to quickly adapt to changes & fully integrate the front office with our shop.
